Behind this was a conversation about why clients engage Halo and most importantly stay with us? I’ve had this long found theory that we’re like an Independent Ivy restaurant - where everything can be a bit quirky (yet creative) and the level of service is always to a high standard (please don’t feel the need to let me know each time The Ivy has provided poor service) - this standard is like a warm blanket, every time you book you just know you’re going to be treated exceptionally. So the question is, what is your company’s brand personality? Earlier this year we embarked upon a top to bottom review of what Halo was, how it’s percieved, how we want to be defined and what the next few years will look like. Part of this was to nail down our good old fashioned ‘brand values’ - it took me (Luke) ten years to realise that branding other companies was easy, i’ve been doing it for forever. But to analyse my own company to this level was nigh on impossible. 𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗶’𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 and i’m spending all my time looking after my clients’ brands (which is the way it should be). So we engaged Sarah Deakin @curation_studio to take a look at Halo. It was honest, painful at times, but wholly refreshing. Below is a quick look at our newly defined brand values.
