Halo Marketing is strengthening its team with the addition of Lauren Stubley, who will head up Pay Per Click and Paid Advertising moving forward.
Lauren joins Halo with four years’ experience working with some of the most renowned digital agencies on the South Coast.

Another part of the brand process was understanding who we are and how we operate, what is Halo’s personality?
Behind this was a conversation about why clients engage Halo and most importantly stay with us?
I’ve had this long found theory that we’re like an Independent Ivy restaurant - where everything can be a bit quirky (yet creative) and the level of service is always to a high standard (please don’t feel the need to let me know each time The Ivy has provided poor service) - this standard is like a warm blanket, every time you book you just know you’re going to be treated exceptionally.
So the question is, what is your company’s brand personality?
It gives a fascinating insight into the difference between perception and reality - and fundamentally how to close the gap and drive the narrative back to the brand.

Earlier this year we embarked upon a top to bottom review of what Halo was, how it’s percieved, how we want to be defined and what the next few years will look like.
Part of this was to nail down our good old fashioned ‘brand values’ - it took me (Luke) ten years to realise that branding other companies was easy, i’ve been doing it for forever. But to analyse my own company to this level was nigh on impossible. 𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗶’𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 and i’m spending all my time looking after my clients’ brands (which is the way it should be).
So we engaged Sarah Deakin @curation_studio to take a look at Halo. It was honest, painful at times, but wholly refreshing.
Below is a quick look at our newly defined brand values.
These will be a constant reminder to myself, the Halo team, anyone joining Halo in the future and anyone that wants to know just what kind of agency we are - the standards that are at our core, the reasons why we’re proud to wear the halo hat and turn up everyday to give our best.

A note from me…
We’re blessed at Halo with some truly wonderful clients, a dedicated team and ruthless optimism (have I just coined a new phrase?).
As a company, dealing with a Pandemic, our aim was to come out of that period stronger than we went in. Now, there’s still some way to go but we’ve a series of announcements coming up with regard to expansion of our team, new offices and new services that we’re excited to tell you about.
